The site and process are really easy - very professional. Stars for the Housesitters/ Homes only, but zero points for the Company because during this pandemic, Trusted Housesitters have not been and still are not not fit for purpose, where other businesses have adapted and/or reduced fees (even my car insurance have given me a refund and they are normally money grabbing), But Trusted Housesitters have chosen not to do anything to help, so they have made it clear that people are of no interest to them, just their membership fees (which they are still charging full fees) - shame on you! Suprised to see a flood of 5 star reviews on trustpilot but then I realised they are all "invited" reviews from 1 review accounts. Great experiences and very reliable sitters. The customer service team are bgiven no training meaning when a bad situation erupts with a member (for example a bad sitter, sick pets etc) they literally don't know what they're doing and so resort to copy and pasting emails and ignoring phone calls.
